Sustainability convinces: Stadler orders SMARTconverter LIGHT

Vehicle manufacturer Stadler orders 28 SMARTconverter LIGHT auxiliary power converters for the new vehicles for the Lisbon metro. Deliveries will start in September 2022.

The SMARTconverter LIGHT was developed with the aim of reducing operating and maintenance costs. The lightweight and compact auxiliary power converter saves energy thanks to its high efficiency and is quiet and virtually maintenance-free thanks to "SMARTcooling".
