SMARTconverter LIGHT modernises Mexico Metro

The SMARTconverter LIGHT is also convincing in modernisation projects: Through its long-standing partner SYSTECH, SMART Railway is supplying six SMARTconverter LIGHT for vehicles of Mexico City Metro. The lightweight and compact auxiliary power converter equips the vehicles, which are over 30 years old, with a higher output to increase passenger comfort. In addition, the SMARTconverter LIGHT saves energy thanks to its high efficiency and is quiet and practically maintenance-free thanks to the "SMARTcooling" cooling system.
